I made my Coffee, Choc and Chia balls a little bit naughty by giving them a dark chocolate coating. Choose a chocolate with at least 70% cocoa, preferably sugar free. Simply melt some dark chocolate in the microwave and add a teaspoon of coconut oil. Dip the protein balls in the chocolate, using a fork to drain the excess. Place on baking paper and set in the fridge. Yummm!
