Not surprisingly Funch's contribution had to do with food! 

"..... Having three meals a day isn’t enough for us, we need more. I’m not saying we should eat junk whenever we’re feeling peckish, and I’m not saying you should eat when you’re bored. That’s a bad habit. Starving yourself is also a bad habit. Tanya Duncan from Funch, offers her advice for those who are hungry but in need of a healthy snack alternative. “Snacks can be a massive trap to disrupt your healthy eating goals as when you are rushing, tired or desperate for an energy hit it all too often happens that temptation wins and you grab an unhealthy snack that will blow your sugar and calorie intake.”
