What You'll Need
1 x Strawberry Cheezcake Bliss Slice Mix 180g
1/4 cup (75g) Rice Malt Syrup
1/4 cup (40g) Coconut Oil
1 TBSP Water
16 x 16 cm baking tin
Method
Mix your FUNCH dry mix with add-in wet ingredients.
Spread in baking tray until even (or roll it into balls!).
Chill in the freezer for 30 mins
As easy as that! We have made it super simple to make to ensure both big and little hands can help make the slice.
My partner made of batch of these to take to work and they are delicious! She used honey, instead of the rice malt syrup listed on the packet, because that's what we had in the cupboard, and it worked really well. I've been enjoying them while working from home. They're healthier than the biscuits and banana bread I usually snack on but just as satisfying!
