We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or it is not the product you ordered, we will either refund the cost of the product or send you a replacement.

To make a claim, please contact us via email at hello@funchfood.com within 14 days of receiving the product.

Please send us the following information:

  • Name
  • Proof of purchase (including order number)
  • Photo of product received
  • Description of issue with product

We reserve the right to ask you to send us back the product before we issue a refund or replacement.

We will cover the freight costs involved in replacing or exchanging damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
